Camp Prices

A $30 fee will be assessed for any Camper that does not have their registration completed (including payment) by the Registration Cut Off Date

Camp Dates & Deadlines

Registration applications must be completed in full -- including Brushfire form, Docusign waiver, Church Reference Form (Cabin Staff only), and payment -- in order to be considered "complete."

Step 1 | Register as a Church Group Coordinator

Step 2 | Register Students and Cabin Staff

• Receive your customized link for your church (within 72 hours). Everyone registers online. This will be the only way to register for camps.
• Use your customized link for both Students and Cabin Staff to register. It is very important that all Students and Cabin Staff be registered online by the final deadline. On-site registration will NOT be available.
• Camp Coordinators, share this tutorial video [AVAILABLE SOON] with your leaders and parents of students, demonstrating how to register for Kids Camp! Note: this video is directed towards parents, but it is the same process for your leaders to register!
• Make sure Cabin Staff and parents of Students have completed online registration correctly and fully. You can manage your Church Group by using the Manage link provided upon completing the Church Group Coordinator registration.

Step 3 | Cabin Staff Training

• Download the CHURCH LEADERSHIP REFERENCE FORM and complete one for each Cabin Staff. Send completed forms to Jenn Braham.
• Ensure each Cabin Staff receives a Cabin Staff Training Manual [AVAILABLE SOON], views the Cabin Staff Training Video [AVAILABLE SOON], and completes the short CABIN STAFF TRAINING SURVEY.

Step 4 | Pay For Camp

Collect payment and mail to the Network Office or pay online. Pay for the entirety of your group before camp. Your registration will not be considered complete until payment has been submitted.

Ratio

Church groups MUST maintain an 8:1 ratio for the size of their group. For example, 8 boys require 1 male leader; 16 girls require 2 female leaders, etc. Churches that cannot supply an adequate number of leaders may be asked to remove attendees from their group or risk their group being split across multiple cabins, in order to maintain leader ratios.

Background Check

Cabin Staff must be at least 18 years old (unless applying for our Intern Program) and pass a background check.

Reference Forms

All Cabin Staff must have a REFERENCE FORM completed on their behalf by their Lead Pastor, Kids Pastor, or Church Board Member. Download the form and please complete one per leader serving as Cabin Staff.

Training

All NW Kids Camp Cabin Staff and Event Staff are REQUIRED to complete Cabin Staff Training. Failure to complete the adequate Cabin Staff training could result in leaders being sent home during camp.
