Missionaries with Convoy of Hope

Kim and Laurel have been in pastoral ministries since 1986 and served in Redwood Valley, CA as senior pastor from 1995-2008. Personal evangelism and a passion to build the Kingdom of God has been their lifestyle since they were married in 1981. Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Bethany University in 1984 and a Masters of Arts degree in Christian Leadership at Vanguard University in 2007, and is completing a Doctor of Transformational Leadership at Bakke Graduate University 2022. Kim served as presbyter of Lake/Mendocino Section for four years. 2005-2008 Laurel served on the Women’s Ministries Executive Board for Northern California and Nevada District for over 20 years. They have three beautiful children. Their oldest daughter Kristen graduated 2012 from AGTS in Springfield MO and married Thomas in 2015. Kandis attended Bethany University in Santa Cruz, then graduated from Central Bible College. Theron graduated from Ozark High School 2013. He attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University and finished his last year at Evangel University in Film and Broadcasting in 2018.

Kim and Laurel are passionate about providing teaching, training and resourcing. They come alongside pastors to provide inspiration and action to help the pastor and congregation to be Christ hand extended by meeting needs, and encouraging and counseling them in vital community projects.
