Christina and her husband, Ryan, serve at ONE* Church in the Spokane, WA region. Their passion is to see people develop in the gifts of the Spirit and mature in their personal relationship with the Lord. Their greatest joy is parenting their four daughters: London, Willow, Remington, and Kenzington. Christina ministers for the sake of eternity, being impacted through the miraculous work of the Holy Spirit. She is about the Father’s heart and, more than anything, hungers to release the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.
Jenni is a wife, mom (2 kids; 1 dog), pastor, author, and an insatiably curious student of God and the world He created. She’s never met a fantasy fiction novel she didn’t love, and she is obsessed with searching for Jesus in the Scriptures so we can find him in our lives. Jenni’s love for learning and the Scriptures led her to pursue and receive a Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies from Portland Seminary. For 18 years, Jenni and her husband, Richard have served Jesus with newlife – people becoming the church. Jenni firmly believes the local church is God’s PLAN A to bring healing to this world. God made Jenni to bring life with the words she speaks, and she is convinced that it is in Christ the words of life are found.
Donald Ross currently serves as the Northwest Ministry Network Team Leader. This network is comprised of 350 churches and 1,400 ministers in Washington State and North Idaho. The Northwest Ministry Network makes planting churches a priority, launching 135 new churches in the last eight years. Previously, Don served as the lead pastor of the Creekside Church in Seattle, from 1995 to 2014. This 60-year-old church once, 2,000 in attendance, declined over fifteen years to a painful 150. Don first served as a consultant to the church and then became Lead Pastor. Over the next ten years, many of the issues that caused the decline were addressed and in 2004 the four-acre, 80,000-square-foot campus in Seattle was sold and Creekside Church relocated north seven miles to a ten-acre parcel in Mountlake Terrace, where a newly remodeled campus helped the church grow to 700 people.
Don is part of the Northwest Ministry Network and holds a B.A. in Biblical Literature from Northwest University. He graduated in 1997 with a Doctor of Ministry degree from Northwest Graduate School. His dissertation focused on leading turnaround churches, using his own church as a case study. Don is a member of the Society of Church Consultants and author of Turnaround Pastor, which detailed the journey of Creekside Church and outlines key principles needed in a church turnaround. His second book, Tale of Two Churches, focused on the purpose and power of the local church. Don and his wife Brenda live in Kenmore, where Brenda worked at Northwest University. They have three married children, Kelly, Kathy, and Tom, and seven grandchildren.
Nate is an ordained pastor and the new children’s ministry director for the NW Ministry Network. He enjoys sharing Biblical truth in practical ways and coaching people to realize their God-given potential. He’s been a next-gen pastor in eastern and western Washington and most recently served on staff at Canvas Church in Kalispell, MT where he oversaw kids and youth ministries and pastored families with kids. Nate received his BA in education from Southwestern AG University and taught public school in the Dallas area for 3 years. He received his MA in Leadership from Northwest University in 2019. Nate and his wife, Jillian, have been married 13 years and have three children–Declan(11), Reagan (9), and Jameson (6)
