Step 1: Pay General Council Dues
If you have not paid your dues to the General Council, you will need to do that first before you can complete the renewal form. The annual amount for each credential level is given below.
Certified: $120 Licensed: $240 Ordained: $300
Get started by going to this website here. Sign in with your AG Passport credentials.
Once you have verified your email address, you will need to pay any dues you may owe. A message with your current owed dues will be displayed. You will be required to pay any outstanding dues, or late fees owed, for the current year to continue the renewal process. Do not go to AG Giving to make a payment as this could cause a delay in your dues being posted to your account and prevent you from proceeding in the renewal process.
You can also make checks payable to General Council and send them to:
General Council of the AG
1445 N. Boonville Ave
Springfield, MO 65802
Step 2: Submit Renewal Form
Please note: After the deadline of December 31 (11:59 CST for online renewals), renewals submitted online will require a $50 late fee, split equally between the District and General Council ($25 each). The online credentialing renewal system will only be available through 11:59 pm (CST), Sunday, January 15, 2023.
- Next, you will need to review your personal information. This review includes contact, personal, and credentials information.
- After you confirm your personal information, you will need to fill out the renewal questionnaire. All ten questions must be answered to submit your renewal. When finished, you will be able to review your answers before submitting your renewal.
- Once you click the “Submit” button, your renewal will be sent to our office for review.
You will receive confirmation that your renewal was successfully submitted. If you did not receive this confirmation, then your renewal was not completed.

Step 3: Pay Tithing Obligation
Our bylaws call for each credentialed minister to contribute 10% of all earned income as a tithe to the network. This includes both ministry and secular income. The only exceptions are for persons who were born before 1946 and are permanently disabled, approved chaplains, or AGWM and AGUSM missionaries. You can always set up payments to the NWMN monthly. You will need to either send in your NWMN tithes or you will need to provide an explanation for why you did not tithe to the network this year.
